Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes refunds and cancellations for services engaged via adplusservices.in.

1. Scope & applicability

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services engaged via adplusservices.in and delivered under a Statement of Work (SOW). Specific engagement terms may prevail over this policy where the SOW addresses the same subject.

2. Cancellation policy

Either party may cancel an engagement in writing subject to the notice period defined in the SOW. Work delivered and expenses committed up to the cancellation date are billable.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds are considered where AdPlus has not commenced work or where AdPlus is unable to deliver contracted services within a reasonable period. Refund amounts are calculated after deducting work delivered, third-party costs, and platform fees.

4. Non-refundable items/services

  • Custom development work already commenced or delivered.
  • Third-party licenses, subscriptions, and ad spend already committed.
  • Time-materials engagements for hours already logged.
  • Non-refundable deposits explicitly stated in the SOW.

5. Refund process & timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval. Bank processing timelines may add further working days.

6. Partial refunds & pro-rating

Where a phase has been partially delivered, we may issue a partial refund pro-rated to work completed, at AdPlus’s reasonable discretion and in line with the SOW.

7. Disputes & chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can resolve the concern directly. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may be contested where the invoiced work has been delivered.

8. How to request a refund

Email hello@adplusservices.in with the invoice number, SOW reference, and a short description of the concern. We will respond within one business day with the next steps.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site with an updated "Last updated" date above.
